- Non–AIDS-defining cancers such as Hodgkin’s disease and head and neck, lung, anal, and liver cancers have been increasingly reported in HIV-infected individuals in high-income countries[Crum-Cianflone 2009; Biggar 2006; Grulich 2002; Frisch 2000; Goedert 1998; Patel 2008] and are a significant cause of death in this population[Bonnet 2004; Weber 2013]
